“I have lived at Woodview for five years now. I love living here. Everyone is wonderful and maintenance is amazing. Every time I’ve put in a work order for something to be fixed they are at my door the same day if they aren’t super busy with bigger jobs or the next day. They are always on top of everything. “The best apartment I have ever lived in. The administration is excellent, the manager is super attentive. Any problem you have they solve it quickly. The entire condominium area is very clean, the gardening is well maintained, the laundry is impeccable, I could say that it is the best I have seen here in Odessa and not to mention the pool, the crystal clear water, it is a pleasure to bathe here. This is a quiet place, in addition to being located in a good area. I always recommend it to all my friends and family who are looking for rent.”

No this isn't super fancy but the office staff is extremely responsive and kind, and they probably have the fastest maintenance team I've ever seen. And from what I can tell, they encourage community which is awesome. All in all, not fancy, but definitely affordable and friendly.”

“This year will be a Year since moving to this Apartment complex from out of State. I see a lot of negative comments posted here, and I can't speak for everyone but my experience here has been a Good transition. It's quiet except for the traffic but overall I enjoy it here. The Ladies in the office are very Pleasant and Professional and maintenance does a good job if there's an issue with your apartment. Pay your rent on time, follow the written policies that are in place and you'll have a Pleasant stay.”
“I have currently been living here for a year and a half. After doing a lot of searching around the city, I decided to stay here because in terms of quality-price ratio and distance to city services, you are not more than ten minutes away. From my point of view, it is the best there is here.One of the things I like most about this apartment is that they usually respond quickly to your requests, as well as to the notices you give to solve imperfections that happen in the house.I am a member of ECISD, so they give me a 10% discount, which is also very helpful.There is customer service in both Spanish and English. Something that makes things easier, especially if you are new in the city. I take this opportunity to highlight the treatment received from Rosalinda.On the contrary, there are several things that need improvement and that lately are not in good taste. I have already had the opportunity to be here two summers, and I can say that the pool is only made to be used as the main photo of its advertisements, because it has not been open more than 3 days in a row. Despite several complaints from neighbors, no solutions have been given nor has a proportional refund of the monthly fee we paid been made. It is one of the attractions of this accommodation and in the end it cannot be enjoyed. You pay for nothing. Another important aspect is that last year they discounted you 15% for being a member of ECISD and this year they lowered it to 10%. There are always changes for the worse, there is never an improvement in conditions for those residents loyal to this apartment (as far as I have been able to verify during my stay in this place).In general, and although the exterior facilities of the apartments can be improved, they are cozy, simple homes, in which you can live peacefully. From what I see in the community, everyone does their own thing and usually respects each other. There is an application, in which sometimes things are sold or donated between neighbors and we share information.”
