“Got a low oil light for the first time after driving from Colorado to see the eclipse. Stopped here to buy oil to top off for the 800 mile drive home. The guy at the counter ( Adrian? Not sure, sorry) and his manager, Carlos, were both very helpful answering my questions and even showed me how to top off my oil. Thanks guys!”

“The entire experience was amazing! I brought my car in early Monday morning, friendly front desk clerk checked me in, was super efficient and explained the whole process well. She told me who my advisor would be (Alex), he wasn’t in yet, but he followed up once he was there. Promised me it would be ready by Friday. He checked in with me Wednesday and told me it would be ready that evening. He even stayed late for me to pickup that same day! I would hope I don’t have to use them again anytime soon, BUT if you have any issues.. go see them!”
“Last Saturday I went to my oil change appointment bright and early at 7:30am. While I was about to drive off I noticed something laying on the floor of the passenger side that looked like it came off of my vehicle so I went to ask one of them what it was and find out what happened. They explained to me it was called a “skip tray” that covers the oil filter and it wasn’t attached to anything and just fell off. I don’t know much about cars so I was freaking out a little bit because if it’s something that’s supposed to be there I wanted it put back on and I was a little annoyed that it was just laying on the floor in my vehicle with no explanation and the fact I had to get out and go ask them about it to begin with. Luckily for me the technician (Jacob) was willing to help me at no additional costs and take my tire off to get under there and attach it. Not only that, once he was finished I asked how much it would cost to fix my headlight because I’ve been driving around with the bulb unopened in my vehicle for 2 years. They put the bulb in for free!!! I’m eternally grateful because I live paycheck to paycheck and could barely afford the least expensive oil change so every penny counts. Also a special thanks to Patrick the manager on duty that morning he was courteous and informative explaining things to me. I’ve never been to Walmart for any auto care and I rarely go to Walmart in general for anything but after being assisted by Patrick and Jacob I would recommend them to anyone because top tier customer service is rare these days. I appreciate them so much and was so moved by their kindness towards me I cried. ?”
“There's a reason why it's called 5 star FORD!!! Chris, Reagan, and the entire team took absolutely phenomenal care of me and my electric pony and really went above and beyond. I was so scared when all of a sudden my Car wouldn't charge anymore. They assured me they will return it brand new and told me not to worry. Additionally, Chris set me up with another car ASAP and kept my vehicle for a week to ensure everything was properly functioning. He gave me daily updates and even asked for my permission to take my vehicle to the charging station I had the issues with. When I picked it up they also cleaned the interior and washed my pony. I felt so taken care of and beyond grateful I chose to work with Ford and Chris and his team!!! If you need a big car, choose Ford, if you want a fast car choose Ford, if you want an electric car choose Ford. If you want a BIG, FAST, and ELECTRIC car choose Ford!!!!!!”
