Excellent customer service at the location a Creekside. Vanessa took the time to walk me through the banking app, which is harder for non tech savvy people like myself. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great customer service provided, recognizing customers, & greeting with friendly smiles! Different types of acts to choose from that fits your personal needs. Including CD’s & Money Markets. Great loan dept as well! Several locations from Cuero to New Braunfels and Kyle area too!

I absolutely love this bank!! I was a member of a large chain bank for 17 years- never once did they help with anything, and they charged for EVERYTHING! 17 years, no customer loyalty at all. Husband convinced me to switch us to a smaller bank, I’m so glad we did! Very friendly and very helpful! Thank you!!
