“Received letterman jacket 2 months later from expected delivery. No courtesy communication. Went to have patches put on jacket at another location, noticed the quality of patches we received were not so great. Patches are extremely small, stitching of patches are not clear of the image. When we ordered patches they were on black and white copy, unable to see color.However; thank you to billy for providing a resolution for us. He provided excellent customer service resolving my concerns as I understood the barriers he encountered as well. I understand during these times, the pandemic played a huge factor on delayed shipments of products. There are different options on size of patches, I was unaware of.”
