The prices are right in tune with the the area the sales are awesome. The store is clean and organized very well. You can easily find what you need yourself which is good since I had no interaction with the employees who were in their own world and seemed to ignore the fact customers enter the store. My overall impression was good. That may have changed if I needed help finding something but we found what we came in for and left happy.”

“Received letterman jacket 2 months later from expected delivery. No courtesy communication. Went to have patches put on jacket at another location, noticed the quality of patches we received were not so great. Patches are extremely small, stitching of patches are not clear of the image. When we ordered patches they were on black and white copy, unable to see color.However; thank you to billy for providing a resolution for us. He provided excellent customer service resolving my concerns as I understood the barriers he encountered as well. I understand during these times, the pandemic played a huge factor on delayed shipments of products. There are different options on size of patches, I was unaware of.”
