We have been dealing with Security Services for a few years now and received very good service. And outstanding person there is Mike Shepherd. He has led us through many issues with insurance and getting us the best price ever available and really really helping us with any kind of questions we’ve had, helping us with reply about insurance to our mortgage companies, etc. Mike is a person that likes to deal with people on a personal level and getting them the answers they need when they need it. Thank you so much Mike for making our lives so much easier. There are so many times we really needed your help and you came through.

Tina Rodriguez thank you saving me today. To the public, I left my debit card in the ATM this morning and she discovered it before her shift started. I had a vm from SSFCU letting me know. Not only that, I ended up asking her to look into an account for me and she found it. Mrs. Rodriguez kept a great attitude and went over and beyond. I don’t like to go inside the bank but she made my visit totally worth it. Again, thank you!

I will stay with SSFCU. The Hwy 46 Branch and Tina went above and beyond to help me. Tina and the manager took the time to research policies of the bank and were able to help me. I was a person not a number. Tina really cared about my situation and wanted to help when others at a different Brach just said no without asking any other questions and didn’t want to try. The Hwy 46 Branch still put customers first which is hard to find now days. Thank you Tina!
I forgot to add, I spoke with a customer service person (Mitchell) prior to going to the Hwy 46 location and it was the phone call with him that lead me to go to back to SSFCU just a different location from the one I started at. So, thank you to Mitchell and his kind words which brought me to the Hwy 46 location.

I went in for an auto loan and was greeted by Tina Rodriguez!!!! We hit it off Great and she was Phenomenal!!! She went thru everything thoroughly and explained the Gap insurance, which I did get!! Kinda a no brainer! I also got their extended vehicle warranty plan , since the vehicle is used! Great plan that makes complete since to me. Also , if I am deceased the vehicle is paid off and nobody in my family needs to have any worries of what happens tho that payment!! Without her knowledge and suggestions, I wouldn’t have even thought about these options!! She is wonderful and so easy to talk with!! Felt like I’ve known her for years!! I went in today to open a account and it could not have gone any better. I was greeted right away and within 5 minutes I was escorted into a room to open my account. Dee was efficient and so helpful. We got my account opened and she explained everything they had to offer. I was then introduced to the branch manager and told if I have any questions feel free to call. I would highly recommend this branch and Dee.
