So I came in super nervous ? because of extenuating circumstancesbut as soon as you walk in Tina was so quick to be extremely helpful. In a bank you feel small already but Tina’s energy was so nice that all anxiety melted away. Security Service is lucky to have such an awesome employee

I recently had to open new accounts at SSFCU Branch on Hwy 46 in New Braunfels and Ms Villa Chadunell was the bank officer that walked me through this process. She was very efficient, thorough and personable and made the whole process rather painless. Excellent customer service!
