Great facility, clean units and felt very secure. Staff was great from reserving the unit till I was complete. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Will use again when future opportuntiy arises!

Leave your valuables and treasures in the good hands of Preferred storage in New Braunfels on trade center drive! I had my climate controlled until for 8 years without any issue. Everything came out of my unit perfect! No moisture, bugs, etc. The team was always responsive and helpful whenever needed. Top-notch!
