“Our second move out of New Braunfels Self Storage was a nice experience; just like our first move. The two man crew called ahead to advise us what time they were going to arrive. The young men worked fast, listened to my requests and pad wrapped everything that needed to be pad wrapped. No issues, no attitudes, no cussing. The guys came to work and exceeded my expectations. They refused to take a break in 100 degree weather. We provided liquid refreshments and lunch for the guys. I will request the same crew with our next upcoming move.”

“I've been dealing with this storage since 2022 and let me TELL YOU each individual that I've encountered from Ileana Who got promoted which is very deserving because she's one of the most POSITIVE PEOPLE IVE EVER MET. I had a domestic situation going on which lead me to having to put all that I have into storage and this place has been very accommodating when it came to helping me out EVERY TIME I thought once Ileana had left the store to go manage another far away I thought that the service wouldn't be the same, But NOPE this location literally hires really nice people that are understanding and easy to talk to Morris and the new store Manager NICKI are just as nice as Ileana was and I'm glad I chose this LOCATION TO HOUSE MY ONLY POSSESSIONS THANK U EXTRA SPACE ALSO SUPER CLEAN”

“Last week I picked up a big Penske truck and a car carrier at Cubesmart. I was not familiar with the truck or the carrier. Also, this was the day AT&T was down so I couldn’t access the Penske instructions or call them. Autumn went above and beyond helping me get everything sorted. Without her help, I would have spent way too much time getting on the road. Finally, I couldn’t access Google Maps and I wasn’t sure how to get to Marble Falls. Autumn used her non-AT&T phone to get directions for me. I am deeply appreciative of her help.”

“Insanely affordable, top notch customer service, secure facility.My husband had lost his wallet the day before, so we came back late (on a Sunday, I believe) with flashlights to see if we had left it in the camper or if it had fallen out nearby. We were out there until just before ten, looking all around our site and nearby ones until we gave up. As we pulled out of the gate, we got a call from a New Braunfels number. "Erica? Did y'all lose something?" It was Janine. Talk about security! And customer service to boot.If we didn't live just north of Austin, we would have continued to park our trailer here. The 90 minute drive is the only thing that has us moving. Considering we're paying double the price to have it 5 minutes away, that was actually a pretty difficult decision to make.It's gravel instead of pavement, but we picked up our trailer the last time after it had been raining all day and had no issues. A few small puddles here and there but overall the gravel was even and easy to get in and out of even when wet.HIGHLY reccomend!”
