“Originally went in to have some necklaces resized and ending up getting the most beautiful bezeled set diamond ring. The band is unpolished white gold and at first i asked if he would be able to polish it and he said yes but explained why he left it unpolished. I ended up purchasing it unpolished and i swear the owner knew me better than i know myself. I'm obsessed with this ring!! The owner is professional and kind. I've previously purchased a lot of jewelry from ernestos but from now on will make all future purchases from malleable. 10/10!!!”

“Very cute store! Always love popping and and browsing when I am in downtown!! Big varity of clothes for different occasions. Only downfall is there is a lack of XL clothing, I am someone who is between a Large and an XL, or just an XL, and I have a hard time finding anything that would fit me in this store. Would be willing to pay even more if they had more options that fit.”

“I stepped into the store as I am usually looking to expand my collection of Blu-Rays. I saw in the area there for musical instruments there was a Yamaha Alto Saxophone. I took a closer look at the horn & on the side it read YAS-62. The price was $275 so I figured I had better pick it upwhy, so I purchased the horn. The next day I took it over to High School Music so they could take a better look at the horn. They informed that no, this is not a YAS-62, that someone simply laser etched the letters & numbers on it to make it look like one. So the next Monday I took it back to EzPawn, I explained how the horn was mot what I thought it to be. I was expecting that I was going to have a full on battle with the store director. But to my surprise he gave me no grief & refunded me the entire purchase price of the horn. I was thoroughly pleased. Thanks again.”

We met Rob first, he was a delightfully adorable gentleman who was marketing your new Fiesta medal, he was polite and so helpful getting me some service. Then we met Emilee..she was a powerhouse. A mere month from delivering her gorgeous baby she was helping us AND managing customers AND phones! That said she sold me on a number of items and was such a classy individual. “This boutique only gets better & better. it is one of those small boutiques that play very good music & the person behind the cash register is always busy doing something & are not overbearing at all. They allow you the privacy to shop. And it's not just one employee. They are all like that & I LOVE that. To me there's nothing worse than walking into a quaint small town boutique and being bombarded w/ sales pitch after sales pitch. I recently have wanted to collect more "gold" for my jewelry box. I walked out of there w/ the most beautiful faux gold earrings w/ a light jade stone. A petite charm necklace that reads, "LOVE" and a super cute hair clip.”
