It is quite busy and you do need to do some paperwork wich can be done on line. It is important to know that you must schedule a appointment before you go in. Just call and they can set you up. They are very nice and will help you with any information needed.”

“Great small town bank feel with all the modern banking technology I desire. I recently switched over my accounts from Wells Fargo to FCB. It is a nice change to see the same faces every time I walk in the bank. Plus they all remember my name! Also, on the business side, when I need a unique loan they make it very easy. The big banks have too much red tape for me. I am here to stay.”

I don’t understand rude customer service by any employee. That is the first priority of your employment. However Cayla saved the day with basic human decency and exceptional customer service. Thank you. I have been with Randolph brooks since I was 17 years old because of your standards for excellence customer service. Today I was disappointed greatly.
