“Awesome, courteous, polite, and very considerate service as a female walking into auto parts store on a hot afternoon in South Texas. Helped me with exactly what I needed, didn't try to sell me anything more. Corporate should use these folks on their customer service training videos. Store was clean, nothing blocking the aisles. “I have a soft spot for family owned and operated businesses. My experience at Tint N Toyz pleasantly enforced this feeling. A beautiful young married couple greeted me inside. “Expert Collision Center was amazing! My car looks great! The staff is great and very helpful. I was even able to get some other repairs apart from the insurance claim at a reasonable price. (Not quoting price paid due to every job price cost is different)Steven is amazing, great communication, great customer service, and extremely helpful and very kind.Expert Collision Center staff, communicated by phone and text updates. The only reason for the wait was due to the insurance and where they were allowed to get parts from. Any confusion or mix up in communication from insurance they were able to fix immediately. Thank for all your wonderful service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!It was not only cosmetic damage, struts, tie rod, control arm, ect. and alignment was needed, a new doors and door frames, and paint…a lot of work was done.1st four pictures are before, this was due to being hit by a drunk driver, and the last 2 pictures are the after.”

“Ford in general has excessive service delays. 4 days seems a long time to be without my vehicle for a simple warranty issue. Think it is a Ford issue rather a dealership issue based on number of recalls. Dealership is doing the best they can.”

“I live in NW Harris county near the edge of Houston. A friend and I came here looking for help with a situation unrelated to automobile parts however. Being raised in metroplex Houston my entire life, I was VERY skeptical of Wharton county and any country related area alienated from the city. A lady working there guided us to the right person who could help us and she was very friendly! As far as inventory goes which I did look around a bit, it's okay... I mean, it's not Houston, if you need a bigger selection, you're gonna have to trek over to Rosenburg. I'm even surprised NAPA has a location in this remote area. Hopefully everyone's experience is as good as mines.”

“What an experience. To be honest, I've never felt so "clean" leaving a dealership; one can get used to the pleasures of shopping without going to war for hours to drive the price down. The beautiful thing is with Fort Bend KIA (FBK) is that there are no gimmicks, and for that, it's an easy 5-stars for me. FBK sells at MSRP--yes, you read that right. There is no sellers upcharge. Packages for maintenence and service are offered but NOT REQUIRED for purchase. Everyone who has shopped for a car knows you usually will usually leave the dealership paying 5 or 6k USD than the price tag you were shown on ads for God knows what. Again, FBK is not the norm.The place is small, but well maintained. Complimentary coffee (with optional dehydrated "milk" for a latte) is provided. For those who get hungry while playing the waiting game, there are a couple vending machines in the back. The showroom holds about 4 vehicles comfortably. Tables for their sales team sit on the outside edge of the showroom. If you're planning to shop weekends, an appointment may be necessary as these tables are not going to be empty (and for good reason). Seriously, FBK should be on your list to visit if you're shopping.Cheers.”

“Chile, I know yall are lying to me! The reviews at Gillman are so terrible lol. This is so unfortunate because I truly appreciate the guys that I've connected with on every visit to Honda. Let's start here- I purchased my 2022 Honda Accord Sport at this location in December of 2021. Yes, an early Christmas gift to myself, and Sunday was my sales guy! I just love him, we previously worked together at Toyota of Katy (another story for another day, no I am not in sales and no I do not want to be, lol) I had no clue Sunday worked here at Honda, but it was meant to be because that's who was suppose to sell me this vehicle. During each of my visits, I've had the pleasure of working with Dennis and Jose and they are wonderful guys! I told Dennis this past Saturday, "man people really hate yall on Yelp *laughs* but that won't be me and that has never been my experience" So Dennis if you're reading this- it's me! My favorite thing about Gilman Honda is the customer service and the customer center- hella coffee and tea options + the fixings. Necessary when you're waiting all day at this place. Thank you for the great service. So, I am going with 4 stars because there's always a small space for growth (we all need this). Wondering if they are short-staffed, due to the lengthy wait time for oil changes. For example- I scheduled an appointment at 7 AM on a Friday morning and I didn't leave until close to 10 AM. While I am aware these things take time, I do not like to look within for patience in order to sit that long. Second, I was told when I purchased my car that I would receive free oil changes always- this came from the finance man, whom I worked with at Toyota too and I do not remember his name. The thing is this- I am fully aware that you tell customers lots of really pretty, nice things in order to get a bag and sell cars, but do not lie to me because I am not a fool. Respectfully. My second oil change was honored based on what I shared with the guy. Thank you to him (can't remember his name) I also understand that during this era, during this inflation, the car business is in shambles. However, keep your word and meet the needs of the customer. All in all, Gillman Honda is a good place with great staff/customer service. I'll be back obviously because I need another expensive ass oil change. Hehe”
