I was very disappointed in this store. 1 clerk was supper nice got up to help check me out. Manager never smiled just pointed me to the next counter. I left did not buy the shoes. They r not doing me a favor selling me a pair of shoes. Need to take some custom service classes!

I asked the manager to discount a pair of Adidas shoes that had clear wear and tear and she flat out said no not willing to negotiate even 10 dollars, I have plenty of money so it wasnt like I was trying to get over , they lost 200 dollars in sales over a 60 dollar pair of shoes..
