“was in last week to inquire about a new hat. limited selection compared to what's online. but I also brought in a hat with a damaged liner... curious if it was something easily fixable. apparently not, but I don't wear the black felt as often anyways, so no biggie. Jason, the shaper I talked with, offered to clean it up, clean the edges, and adjust the shape a tad. Great young man.so I went home, got online, and found a hat to order to the store. it arrived within 3 days of the order. i picked it up today, and lucked out... Jason was there. the hat was a perfect fit, but I wanted something with a little more personality than the standard cowboy crease. I had an idea in mind, and a photo example. Jason had never personally shaped a diamond crown, but didn't hesitate, and.... knocked it out of the park for me.happy about the hat and experiences, but more impressed with this young man, Jason, and his desire in achieving customer satisfaction, eagerness, friendly smile and demeanor. Great young man, indeed! we'll be back for another hat or three, and we're hoping Jason will be there to take good care of us.”

“I came into champs today stressed and worried about what I could get my son he’s husky and difficult to shop for but I came in and was automatically greeted my an associate by the name of Mathew! He greeted me with a smile and asked how could he help. I told him I was looking for my son some matching sweatpants and top gear . He instantly showed me all of the deals and promotions they had going on!! His customer Service was outstanding I left with my son 3 unit and a pair of shoes for under 100.00 so since he helped me with that I was also able to squeeze in a pair for my daughter he was all around an amazing associate and very helpful and for this I will forever shop champs at central mall and will be in search for Mathew every time!!! #Overlysatisfiedcustomer!!!”

“Before someone believes a post about a store you need to remember there are to sides to every story....the last 7 post were all from the same group of people...they only told there side....we have developed good customer service over the past year and we strive to make customers come first in our store. With that said there are a few cases where no matter what we do our customers still aren't satisfied. “We always have a good experience when we shop hibbett or city gear, however the customer service hasn’t been the same more recently. I even had one cashier not give me the receipt to my purchase because I had my baby put on the shoes in the store when I purchased them so he said he couldn’t give me my receipt”
