1310 Spur 515, Navasota“NAPA is one of the only motor & brick stores that carries Chevron Delo coolant. This coolant was suggested by a Duramax tech because the factory stuff rust out the radiators. If you have a Duramax with factory coolant, dump it and come in to buy this stuff. They are alway friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.”
“We had been planning a long trip using our 2023 GMC Sierra. Then, 9 days prior to us leaving, GMC decided to do a software download during the night. We had it scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation, but now the battery was dead, and we had to tow it to the dealer. 5 days went by, and they never looked at it, nor did they even make a ticket on it, nor was I ever called by an employee.
Then, we contacted Sterling Chevrolet GMC in Navasota. Bingo! Very helpful people at Navasota Sterling. We got the Sierria to them by noon, and by the following afternoon, they had it back on the road. Very reasonable price and they check all the fluids, changed oil, rotated the tires, replaced the battery and confirmed the new software download was working. Our family owes a big debt of gratitude to Sterling Chevrolet GMC Navasota. We had been planning this trip for nearly a year. It is our 50th Anniversary trip. God Bless Sterling Navasota!”
“Possibly the best customer service I have ever encountered! Aaron is the best. This location, and O'Reilley's as a whole, treats you right and makes you feel like a human being.
My brother and I were driving back to College Station on Easter Sunday. Around 9:00pm and about 20 minutes out from Navasota, our alternator failed. We couldn't make it all the way to College Station, so we stopped here to buy an alternator.
We were prepared to stay the night, but Aaron-one of the employees-offered to stay AFTER his shift ended to help us change the alternator! After he finished his shift, on his own time, he stayed after-hours and brought his tools over from his house to help fix the alternator. He was super friendly, super helpful, and fixed the alternator in no time at all. About two hours later, we were on the road again.
I don't think any other store has employees that will stay after hours on Easter Sunday to help two random, stranded guys. I highly, highly recommend O'Reilly's and I highly, highly recommend Aaron.”
“No hidden fees is legit.
No high pressure sales. no trying to wear you down, coming back every 30 minutes claiming they dropped this and that fee, but the total price never really changed. And keep including some super duper care package (as if it's not a option)that raises payments by $50-$100 a month (even though being told 3 times I wasn't interested in it)
No petty comments about having mediocre credit (as if you're lucky they are taking the time to deal with you).
Talking with Jeff the finance manager. He did a soft check and warned me, although my credit score isn't too bad ,I had no long term or big ticket items on my credit history and I probably won't get the interest rate I was hoping for. But still got me loan for 2.25% lower than what a superstore down in Katy could do.
The way I view things.... if you have to go through a bunch of crap to buy something, how's the dealership going to treat you if there's a problem and you need service?
Jeff and Lane was polite, professional and no nonsense. Even got a call from one of the owners checking how things went, in the event of a problem and I'm not satisfied with the outcome, don't hesitate to contact him.(can see him doing the same in others comments)
Better price, better interest rate with no BS of high pressure sales tactics ?
