“I'm a college student and I had my car serviced here. I went in for an oil change and of course they tell me there are other things wrong with my 2019 Kona. But none that were a dire situation. I wanted to wait and get a second opinion at my usual car repair place before doing some of the things that they said were wrong. “We traded in a vehicle for the electric 2023 Ariya!!! Very happy so far with the driving experience, and the ease to charge it. It comes with a few adaptors for the "trickle charge" and "normal charge", but also has a port to enable a "quick charge". We can easily charge at home so this was a no-brainer- but I can see that other buyers need to carefully consider this point until there are more charging stations available.”

“SAVED THE DAY! My husband and I were traveling to Colorado from Houston and rolled the back window down for our dog and it would not roll back up. We called and Benjamin with college station ford said to come in and they would try and help. They were so nice and helpful!! They helped us immediately when we got there and worked to figure out the issue. They got us back on the road in less than an hour! We are so grateful to them and getting us back on our way! “My Aggie was in a panic when her Acura key fob presented a warning light. I called this dealership and got a nice man on the phone who advised me that she could bring it in. I asked for the cost and he said "no charge". What?! Good customer service and free99?!My daughter said she was in and out and that they were "very nice". I truly am thankful to know that should my daughter have any mechanical issues when she is away from home that she can take her car to Allen Honda and be treated with respect and courtesy. The key fob replacement may seem minor to many of you, but good customer service, and removing another stressor from my daughter's plate means the world to this mom.Thank you!!”

“They have always taken such good care of my car! Except this last time was awful for not just me but another man who had the same issue though he didn't miss an important doctor's appointment due to the lack of ability to talk to the techs or get a message to the techs through the process due to how slow every process/service was for patrons that day likely due to no management on site thus no auto-tech accountability.One star less because this last time was atrocious when manager was not there not was the service manager and they guys who were there last time and older lady up front made it impossible to communicate to them in the shop during the process and essentially held me 'captive' for an extra 40minutes (1 hour 40mins total) when I was up front about my urgency to leave due to an appointment I had at arrival and emphasized multiple times before giving the keys and throughout the process though the lady in store never communicated to the mechanics but just reassured me "they are working on it and it'll be done soon". They reassured me at drop off it wouldn't be a problem as they weren't that busy when I arrived and had extra guys not assigned to a vehicle. I just wanted them to stop everything and put my car back together at the house mark but because the auto shop door was locked and the lady up front would not talk directly to the techs despite my asking for them to let me leave asap even if not all services had been completed so I could just come back later, I was stuck there forced to just wait as I felt something was going to go wrong andnit did where they had problems getting the checkout for the ticket to be the correct price having to scramble and run around and finally the tech himself had to manually fix and enter everything by hand which was the last nail in the coffin to where I missed my important doctor's appointment because of this fiasco.However! It has never been that bad and the poor young man who was checking out behind me had been there LONGER than me and his car had been ready for awhile but was never called up to pay and be able to leave until I went up and told them something was wrong for him being there for something simpler than my service requests and then they finally "mysteriously" had his keys ready too so he could pay and leave after they figured out my ticket. ? It was not a good Monday for that crew.Also!Shout out to Devan (sorry if the spelling/name is incorrect) and manager Tod for going above and beyond when I came to check my battery days before this incident to ensure my car would be taken care of.”
