“Texarkana Auto Body is the absolute best! They made the headache of auto repairs as easy and seamless as possible. They kept me in the loop with how my repairs were going and weren’t afraid to stand up to the insurance companies to make sure my repairs were done safely and correctly without cutting corners. “All in all, we had a good experience with Twin City and the work was very good. We had to have an entire door replaced on a car, and they did a great job. The return time was about a week longer than we were initially told. We did have some trouble with the other parties insurance, resulting in Twin City Collision withholding our car from us (which we in part understood because they had not been paid, but was also a little frustrating because this was supposed to happen directly from the Insurer and we were told we didnt have to do anything else by both parties), but this time was not included in the additional week. We were told 1 1/2 - 2 weeks, and got the phone call that they were finished at about week 3. And then did not actually receive our car for a few days after that until we could get a hold of the other parties insurance. But, we realize this wasn't Twin Cities Fault, and they did very good work. We do wish they would have initially been a little more helpful in guiding us to the right place with the insurance, which is why I am rating 4/5 stars. Still worth giving them a try.”
“Awesome place. They took great care of us and very professional. Forget going into town and waiting in a line to get your oil changed. This place is a good quick in and out and they don't try to sell you everything like the others will. I will be getting my oil changed here regularly now.”

“Unfortunately I wrecked my brand new car and Gregg Orr Collision was amazing and turned a horrible situation into an awesome experience. I didn’t get to meet anyone in the pain or tech departments but they did an amazing job fixing my car! The paint matches perfectly and it looks brand new again. The sales rep, Christian, was absolutely the best!! I can’t thank him enough he was so compassionate and kind, he kept me updated and informed on every step and detail and sent me videos and pictures throughout the process and even called to make sure everything was going smoothly after I picked it up.
