Was very upset the mail carrier just drops my package by the road. I do have a front porch anybody could have just picked my package . It looked just like someone threw a box out in my yard. I have never seen someone be so lazy. They could have pulled in my driveway and set at least beside my house. It would have been safer for him too. I don’t appreciate him just dropping it off in my driveway. I live in county on a kinda busy road. You need to teach them to deliver at the persons house. No wonder people get their packages stolen when the carrier leaves them by the road. I do have video of him leaving it I was not able to post that so I just made a pic.

The mail person that delivered my book left it by my gate it was rained on the box and was ruined thankfully the book inside was wrapped really well! Moody post office it very lazy!

They are rude and uncaring. You go to the counter for service and you're made to feel as though you are bothering them to have them do their job. They're more interested in listening to the music in their earbuds then what service, which you are paying for, you're needing help with.

Went in to get my passport Oct. 19th and just got it Nov. 4. I did pay for the expedited passport but did not expect it in 2 1/2 weeks! Awesome customer service.

Thank you so much Rebecca! Your service is outstanding and we were glad we had you taking of us. Rebecca took care of multiple costumers and a phone with short waiting time. She is friendly and knowledgeable. We can only say how happy we are she was there today. The Texas Tower in Houston already warned us of people being useless in regards of a fast passport. We were served professional and it was great to come to such a small place!

The lady working the front is very rude. Have went in there several times over the past months to pick up a package and to figure out where my mail is going. I get daily emails since moving, that show what mail I get for the day. I’m constantly not getting the mail I’m supposed to, and getting my neighbors mail instead. I have filed a complaint with USPS, and I hope something gets done about this.

Had an awesome experience here!! Thanks to the pandemic, had to drive an hour plus from the Austin area to get my passport from Moody. Really nice lady there who worked multiple passport appointments through efficiently like nobody’s business.

The post person who delivers to the Lorena area that is actually Moody address will refuse to deliver items from Amazon. They will say at 8am that they attempted deliver which they clearly haven’t. I am filing a formal complaint. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is ridiculous. Even the person at the post office said “so she is claiming this wouldn’t fit in her car”?

Two nice looking ladies with sweet dispositions assisted me with the renewing of my passport. They provided excellent customer service. The process took 15 minutes. Thank you, ladies. I appreciate your lovely smiles and sincere professionalism. May God and Christ Bless you for me.

The ladies at the desk are great. At least one of the letter carriers is a lazy inept excuse for a USPS contractor. The Postmaster is no better. If they spent as much time doing their jobs as they do trying to cover their backsides it would be fine.

Woooow. Super easy to get my passport. No wait time and they do EVERYTHING there for less than 200$ - time is money and they didn't use much of my time, so I'll pay for everything to get done there. Very nice women who work there that probably deal with a ton of lames that leave 3 star reviews. If you need a passport and a nice scenic drive to moody (LOL) there is absolutely no wait time and my passport came pretty quick. Mind you, I went during off season so definitely plan. But ya I loved my experience there.
