She is very knowledgeable and caring and she knows how to calm your baby.She solved my baby’s eating problems. It’s amazing that all the staff have that same demeanor as the Doc with your fur baby. They are like the staff at Chic-fil-A that states, “My pleasure.” You get that same feeling that it’s their pleasure to meet your needs for your baby and your pet will love the attentive care given. “Under new management and seem to be giving it a good go, but not always prompt on returning calls on follow-up issues. Receptionist is usually friendly, the vets and nurse techs are great. We'll give them another try, but I do miss the former management and vet team they assembled.”
“So this morning we found a puppy in our trash can and we called these guys and they got us in today the vets here were so awesome and helped recommend a good flea medicine and also got us dewormer for this little boy and they also didn’t charge us for the actual visit just the dewormer which was so awesome of them to do and we will be going back with our doggy!!! “I usually use their branch in Willis but couldn't get an appointment until later in the afternoon. My daughter's little pug mix was between 14 and 16 years old, it was her time to go and we didn't want to let her suffer into the afternoon. The entire staff was so unbelievably caring and sweet. They let my daughter spend as much time as she wanted with her furbaby then explained the whole process as they were doing it. She was able to hold Olive and comfort her as she went to sleep. They allowed her again to spend as much time as she needed to say goodbye. They tech walked my daughter through choosing an urn and explained the turn around time on cremation. I HIGHLY recommend this vet just because of how much they went out of their way to make a hard situation a little easier.”
