The lack of communication with this office is sad and poor. From certain amenities not working and still not fixed to gates being left open at night for randoms to come in and still your property also. They do nothing about noise complaints. Highly recommend not moving here. They need to people in the office to replace Linda and nessa. Chloe seems to be the only one to answer calls and get back in touch about things and knows what she’s doing

What a wonderful staff and Miss Linda is amazing !! We were lucky enough to get in the new build, The apartment is gorgeous and the surroundings are gorgeous as well. I could really see this being my forever home until I retire to a nursing home or assisted-living.!

What a wonderful place! First of all, the management at this place is stellar, from my experience, from the person who showed me the apartment to the manager who helped me seal the deal. The property is amazing, right on the lake, which helps with making it a bit cooler here too. Food trucks are always coming by and there is a great workout center, a pickleball court, and 2 pools with gas grills. This might be my new home for a while longer than I anticipated!

Linda and her staff are wonderful! She always has a smile on her face and is courteous and professional and she is always looking for ways to get residents together and provide fun and fellowship for everyone. ❤️

Highly recommend this apartment community. The manager and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance is quick with repairs and professional. The apartments are very well manicured as well.

Harbor Shores is a beautiful property with supportive management and office staff. Not far from shopping and grocery. Groundskeeping and maintenance are timely and effecient. Highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a home

Terrible. Horrible. Where do I start. First two weeks we moved in our upstairs neighbour flooded out apartment with not only toilet water but water soaked in dog poop. Turns out he was banned from having pets yet when I told management about the dog being present and the water being contaminated with dog poop I was dismissed and told there wasn’t a dog when I saw it with my own eyes. We then we’re refused the request to move apartments due to the damage done not by ourself. They Merely sanitised the carpet and patched the “dry” dry wall. We didn’t have money to move and stayed and delt with it. Not more then a few months later did the same neighbor start screamo band practice three times a week above us. Yes a full on band. My whole apartment was vibrating and reverberating with screamo. I have a 2 year old. I took this issues to Linda - the management at the time. I was heavily dismissed and told nothing was to be done until I had evidence. I brought evidence - they scheduled a meeting around him (the perpetrator) and then let me know. Not two days later did Linda also allow him to cancel said meeting. Finally Linda left. Kenneth , who has been amazing the whole time trying to help me, was left alone and he finally was able to help me with my neighbor. He issued warnings and did an inspection to confirm he built a recording studio in the closet above my 2 year olds. This is at 8 months into our lease. Between the growing numbers of people who have been bitten by the dogs here to so many of my packages being stolen amazons accused me of fraud. This place needs to figure it out or it’s going to burn itself in this small town. (Side note there’s birds living in the dryer vents and they cannot control it , the vents are also at a length that is conducive to mold, the elevators in building 1 are constantly broken, rusted and smell like dog piss, the dog park has a flea problem, maintenance is overwhelmed due to management not being active in hiring help in a growing apartment complex (ie, 2 people) maintenance crew is awesome and sweet but 2 is never going to be enough.) I could go on…

They don't care about the disabled people living here. I asked for a higher toilet, which I offered to pay for (see emails) but was told a riser would be acceptable. It's unstable and so uncomfortable when transferring. After being in a wheelchair for over thirty years, I know what works. This action on their part says to me they do not care.I also requested a covered accessible parking space, which I was never accommodated for.People's cars block the walkway.The hallways are disgusting with people's trash juice that I roll in. When I requested it be cleaned, a few days later, we got a notification from the owners that we needed to remove our flags on our balcony, one being an American flag. My husband is an Iraq war veteran, and I can assure you this did not set well with him, especially since it appears they pick and choose which residents to target.Stay away from this place if you bleed USA because they have zero respect for veterans, patriots, nor any compassion for someone in a wheelchair.

After spending almost $3000 to move in here, I got a FOB to open the gate. Thank you for providing a gate after 3 months without one, thank you God no one was murdered with y’all’s lack of empathy or compassion. My phone is my property and I decide which apps go on it. I will contact local law enforcement that I have to look at an app while driving to let me into my home. I don’t pay 1600 a month for this. Once again worst apartment I ever lived in.
