Elevator has been out since June. It's August. New management not getting it fixed.

We also loved it here when we first moved in. The elevator we need has now been out over a month. The stairwells we now have to use are filthy with bird crap and never cleaned. I have a maintenance request in for something else going on 3 weeks. We probably won't be renewing unless they get their act together.

I am a new resident in Harbor shores and it has to be one of the most amazing apartment complexes ever. It’s so beautiful, clean, people friendly. Jalycia has been great to work with very determined, helpful, so sweet & goes above and beyond. I am very thankful to continue out my stay here.
