“Fantastic experience. My water heater went out and I called our usual plumber and was told they were booked out 9 days. 9 days with no hot water isn't acceptable. Found company, made an online appointment same day, recorded a little video of my situation, attached it and some pictures, and two hours later they were here swapping out my water heater. They had what I needed on the truck, were prepared, professional and polite. I took a hot shower a couple hours later grinning ear to ear. I've got a new plumbing company now! They even went above and beyond and fixed my broken car key, which I was extremely thankful for. “BUYER BEWARE! I was charged $70 for an AC analysis and given a written estimate of $2,100.00 @ Auto Check in Pecan Grove, off HWY 90. I was told that the exact cause of my AC issues hadn't been determined, so they recommended replacing the compressor and other components.I had the work completed at Falsone Auto in Stafford for $865.00, which included a complete diagnostic that determined the actual problem prior to the work being performed.
