“Only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of Terrence.He went above and beyond to help me with testing and replacing my battery. When I originally walked in, a different employee had verbally told me that they are unable to test my battery because of a new policy they have basically saying they can’t go outside and service vehicles when it’s dark. As I left the store, got back in my car and was about to leave, Terrance came and saved my nite. He was very profesional and kind, had me in and out within 15 minutes. My car is happy.”

Fixed very well although it took another week. Final product-5, yet time involved to fix knocked rating to 4. I would recommend. Good work!”

“This autozone is the best one I've ever been to I recently just bought a battery and some wiper blades I asked if they can install them and they without a doubt said yes they did warn me about some vehicles they can install and some they can't because of the positioning which is understandable they don't wanna be reliable if anything breaks but they did it so fast and simple and clean, David was the one who did it for me he did offer the grease but I declined he made it seem like it was understandable to decline unlike any of these other stores where they force you to buy it, he was also the one who put my battery in thanks autozone for hiring someone like him and helping a customer reach satisfaction level, I will be coming back”
