I really like this gym. Has that old school 90’s era gym vibe which I love. Has plenty of equipment and variety. The staff is friendly enough and the price is good. Other gym goers are serious about their fitness and putting in work, so that’s a plus as well. If you’re a solo lifter, this is the place for you.

At Kinetix, you’re always greeted at checkin. All of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Although I view this as a “guy’s gym,” I never feel out of place. Both young and older feel welcome. My trainer (best trainer ever!!!), Travis, is impressively knowledgeable and tailors every session to my goals and level. The only thing I’d suggest is a locker room remodel, but that’s just cosmetic.

Been a member since the beginning! Even kept my membership when I relocated for a few years. Love this gym and love to see the constant upgrades in equipment and services.

Great boutique gym, with lots of options for all fitness training levels. I especially like the Spin class on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Always well maintained, able to ask questions with any machines & get assistance. Machines kept in good condition, facility clean. Front desk buddy always encouraging! Enjoy working out here. .not overly crowded in the early mornings

Absolutely love this gym and the owners. Karen and Neil are such great people and so kind. Their employees go above and beyond to keep the gym clean and tidy. Every time, I am greeted at the front desk by the staff and with the warmest welcomes too. This gym has well functioning equipment and I always appreciate the members wiping down after themselves after using the machines. Kinetix Fitness is the best!

Forward moving fitness center! I'm a trainer/massage therapist there and we have the best equipment in town. We are super community oriented but at any given time you may find a professional body builder, movie star, professional athlete, a doctor, a model or your next door neighbor. With all of that said, we treat everyone like family!!! I might also argue that we have the cleanest facilities from the front door to the back door.

Been going to kinetix for 4 years exact now, and this gym is my home. It gets better every year. Shoutout to the staff who are very welcoming and encouraging.

Motivation seeing other people working out. Hopefully I will reach my goals. Variety of machine for me to use for cardio to avoid burn out. Excited and looking forward to reach my goals for this year. Loved the timings of the gym.

Plenty of equipment and room, convenient hours. Only complaints are shabby showers in the men’s locker room and AC system that struggles to keep the place cool on hot summer afternoons (although it’s doing a lot better compared to last year).

Love this gym, super clean and friendly. Hats off to owner Neal Greigg and Christian Frazier. Gym is clean, and never really overwhelmingly packed. Good equipment.
Oh BTW I am a pro fighter and a PHD in sports so I would consider myself an expert lol. If you live in the area and want to join a gym this is the place to go!
