If you are looking to start a new healthy journey, this is the perfect gym. It has more variety of equipment than most local gyms and the staff is great.

A bit dirty and the machines are pretty outdated. My rowing machine was not stable, chain was rusty, and handle bar cover was shredded so it was potentially dangerous while holding it. Was not offered to receive a free day pass to try it out unlike other gyms. Overall, I got a workout done but was not impressed.
Our 30,000 square foot facility is open from 4AM - 10 PM, Monday through Friday and from 7AM - 7PM on the weekends. Our club offers: locker rooms, showers, saunas, free weights, cardio, turf, body building, power lifting, boxing, TRX, personal training, group X, nutrition, and muay tai, massage therapy, and yoga.
