“The end of January 2024, I had to buy attic fans and was completely out of my depth. The store didn’t have what I was looking for in stock and for some reason our 30-yr old house had 3 of the fans.Al (Alfred) of the Missouri City, TX store walked by and then spent a great deal of time with me making sure the correct fans were ordered.In addition, I also had quite a few projects around the house needing to be done on a timeline and he made sure I knew where to go and what to buy in the store.Some days later the fans had not arrived by the date the system had indicated when purchased. I called the store and spoke with Al. He remembered me and checked into the situation. He was told the fans would be delivered within a couple days. They weren’t, but my electrician was coming out to install a couple days later. When the fans weren’t delivered the following day, Al found a store that had three and personally went and picked them up.Talk about great customer service!!! He made sure my timeline was met and went way above and beyond. He is a fantastic and knowledgeable employee and Lowe’s is fortunate to have him.”

“Nice store you can purchase items to fix things with but I don't understand is as much money they charge for things you would think they could hire people to work there and they could get some cashiers (humans) instead of the self check out which are fine in a grocery stores but when you try to scan a 30 ft ladder under that scaner it gets difficult.They do hire people you will see them walking around playing on their phones and they will even greet you as they pass you as you are struggling to get a item off the shelving.Like I said a wonder place too bad they can't find people to WORK there.Well good luck and God's speed!”

“Needed a last minute truck for a job I'm on to haul so wood. Came in about 4:30 and told the rep that helped us that I'd be back by 7 when the rental station closes as it's just one load that needed to be picked up and dropped off. Given the size of the haul and the location of the drop off, needless to say I was not going to make that 7pm promise! I called and explained the situation and the rep, I believe his name was Johnny, was very understanding, especially about the overnight charge that I really wasn't looking forward to. While he is a customer service worker with a set schedule, while representing a big company, he's a man with a life and responsibilities and I genuinely appreciate that he was able to wait the extra 45 minutes it took for me to fill the gas back up and drop the truck off. Will definitely be coming back here (with better time management in mind! LOL!) Thanks again John”

He was knowledgeable and suggested items I did not even know were needed. He was not the first one I asked for help, others merely gave aisle numbers that meant nothing, but he took the time and care to make me feel valued as a customer. Great employees make this a place to go.”

“I had to repair my fence, so I purchased 3 4x4s and 6 2x4s. When selecting the lumber, I had to inspect several boards before finding board straight enough to make my fence level. It seems like this process has taken long the last few times I purchased lumber, but over all they have what I need most of the time, and I receive good service for the most part.”

“I have never left a review for a specific employee before, but I have never met anybody working in customer service like this. I had called this location informing them I would be late to pick up my rental as I had a work conflict, and the female receptionist stated that would be fine. However, it was not. Approximately 75 minutes later I arrived to find my reservation was now cancelled. I was a bit frustrated, but luckily I was served by the greatest man. He was patient, kind, and solution oriented. Despite the process taking longer than he or I would like to become resolved, he remained calm and positive. He also had the chance to share with me a bit working his past working in intelligence and his 18 years of service. From our conversation I could tell not only was he compassionate, but also wise and very intelligent. I cannot be certain of his name, but he had a lisp. I believe his name was Clarence. He truly is a model employee and man. I am not even upset about what happened because I had the opportunity to get to know this gentleman.”

“I just went to Home Depot for some paint and other stuff- one can fell I don’t know if it wasn’t close properly but anyways mu crocs had paint alotttt, but I had a good service one of the girls from Customer Service and I guess it was her manager that helped me cleaning my shoes they went to go get some wipes and some spray to take the paint off my shoes and they came out really nice they are so clean now and she even help me clean one of my shoes not everybody does that. That was so nice of her. God bless you sweet heart! And thank you once again. I forgot to ask her name but I hope she sees this post-”

“I was looking for weed killer earlier today and I had asked Ms.Demi for help to see if she could help me find more Because I had 1 and I needed 3 more to make 4, she had scanned the barcode to see if there were more and there was, she was looking everywhere to find them but she couldn't but I appreciated her help nonetheless Because I was once in her position where she couldn't find it and it showed that there are more, I had also asked help from Mr.Joshua (I hope I typed your name right) that if he wasn't busy that if he could help me find them, and to my surprise he scanned the barcode and in a flash he found them. I appreciate it that a lot, I will cone back here again in the near future. O_o”
