I liked the customer service and very knowledgeable. But the snap finance is out of control. I got an iPad and an iPhone last year and I am paying 460.00 a month. I had paid over 6000.00 for the 2 items. I have paid 3 times the amount agree. I understand that processing fee and finance fee but I think that is too much.
Great shopping experience. Decided to come here and support local business instead of going to Best Buy. Employees should become a bit more knowledgeable on laptops but they were great nevertheless.
I was browsing for a Nintendo switch and I came across this ad so I gave in and called the store and well seemed promising . I get to store and excellent customer service got the product in a couple days and will be paying this off in the next couple weeks .
