DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!I was switching to iPhone from Android. I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max and an Apple watch. The website never updated the shipping information at all so it shows my order fulfilled right away even though it wasn't. I had to call and email several times and was given 4 total delivery days before receiving the phone. It took 2 weeks for the phone to be delivered and over a week for the watch. Then I needed to return the watch because it caused pain so I couldn't wear it. I was told I had 10 days to return the watch and that date had passed even though it took two weeks for my phone to come for me to be able to use the watch so I am out a lot of money even though I was within the 10 days for the phone delivery. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB if possible.

Mr. Renan was incredibly professional and efficient in answering all of my questions. He never once seemed bothered or annoyed and was very easy to understand.

Should be named SimpleCrooks ! Purchased a Ps5 that was told was shipped multiple times but they didn’t have tracking number , package was then not delivered and So called owner and all talk Jenelle pretended to want to help resolve issue since the other owner Renan Rodriguez was a complete liar and Scam artist ! This company has never even provided me a serial number for the said unit they claimed to have shipped so I can file a report ! Please beware that if you visit their website and provide your info but don’t finish checkout , they will call you directly to finish the transaction ! Once they have SCAMMED you they won’t answer you phone calls !!!!!!!!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS !!!!! Ordered a PlayStation 5 Digital from this company on 8/12/2022, i viewed their processing times and shipment after I ordered but Icontacted store directly to see if I could have it shipped sooneran associate spoke with supervisor who said that it could beshipped on 8/15/2022, I was fine with this as I was to be headingout on vacation 8/17/2022 and they were located in Texas so Iwouldn't need to cancel. Contacted them 8/15/2022 and anassociate stated that it couldn't be shipped on 8/15 but will beshipped on 8/16. I asked for a tracking number to confirm thisand associate stated that they haven't received one from UPS butthat the supervisor told him it will arrive by 8/18/2022. 8/18/2022 passed and still nothing , I got in touch with store again after numerous calls on 8/20/2022 and was told it shipped via Fed ex but no tracking number was provided til later that evening ! So it went from Ups has package to Fed ex . On 8/23/2022 I check tracking and it says delivered with a picture that is not my residence. I contacted Simpletronics via phone and email and Mr. Rodiguez the owner of Simpletronics acknowledged that this picture was indeed not my house . We contacted Fed ex who then opened a tracer investigation and confirmed to Simpletronics and myself that the package was deemed lost or misdelivered and on 8/24/2022 advised Mr Rodriguez to reship or refund me and file a claim with Fed Ex for reimbursement . Seven days passed and on 8/31/2022 Mr Rodriguez blatantly tried to tell me that Fed Ex concluded that the claim was denied as Fed ex pin pointed the location of the package to my house, i outsmarted him by telling him to hold for one second and called Fed Ex in conference call and they stated that Mr. Rodriguez statement was false as he had never filed a claim and that they will walk him through steps to file online on the phone at that moment . Due to the value of the PlayStation 5 ($927) total cost spent I asked why signature confirmation was not placed on package , Mr Rodriguez stated that his warehouse messed up and it should have had signature confirmation ! On 9/1/2022 again via phone conference with Mr.Rodriguez and Fed Ex stated that although representatives stated via recorded calls the lost/misdelivered package was lost the fact that Simpletronics didn’t apply signature confirmation to the package , that gives Fed ex release on liability even if misdelivered or lost ! Mr Rodriguez then told me that he would try to figure something out and would give me a call back the morning of 9/2/2022 to fix the situation and as of 9/6/2022 , no calls from Simpletronics and all my calls have been ignored !

Very disappointed and upset with the service and customer service from this company. Ordered a product almost two weeks ago, still have yet to even receive a shipping date for my purchase.

Ordered an iPhone on June 23rd and as of July 2nd, this company still has not shipped out my order. After emailing about it, I never received a tracking number and they have not responded to any of my emails. Tried calling the store multiple times, to nobody seeming to wanting to answer the phones. Do not buy here. You’re just going to be stuck in limbo. Going to give them after the weekend and if I still do not receive any response, I’ll be canceling my order. Horrible communication.

In my last review I gave 1 star due to the shipping. This was not due to SimpleTronics as a whole. Their customer service was amazing and I never had to wait more than a few hours for an answer to any of my questions. The product shipped through FedEx which is always a pain and a problem in Memphis Tn (they have horrible workers and delivery drivers and never deliver on time). The product however is amazing and my kid loves his birthday gift. Thank you SimpleTronics for the great customer service and continue the good work.

Customer service I give 5 stars for responsiveness and professionalism. As for shipping and products, unfortunately I have to give 1 star for the moment. I ordered my item on February 20th. Still haven’t gotten my item as of march 3rd. When I reached out to them they did give me a tracking number and date but the tracking number they gave me doesn’t work. Once I receive my product and a correct tracking number I will change the number of stars and my review but until then this is a very big disappointment and my child’s birthday will probably be ruined because I don’t have the one thing that he wanted. Thanks
