They are not.Just as a point of feedback for you all: your emails are a little confusing. The second email that you get letting you know the order has been fulfilled specifically. What that email actually says is an item from your order has been shipped. When you get an email like that and there is no tracking number it can be a bit of a red flag. I would suggest, if you all have the ability, changing the wording of that specific email to more accurately reflect what is going on (“Your order has been accepted and is awaiting shipment” or something along those lines).I would absolutely do business with them again. And I apologize for being a difficult and needy customer. I have been scammed before and 600 is a lot for me. Anyway 5/5.”
