“It's always a great experience when I or my wife and I go to CVS. This particular time was awsome we had a issue over sentimental pictures and Jenny the Associate did not give up until we were able to get our magnet pictures. We even left the store and she called us in 15 min having solved the problem. Most people would forget about it after the customer left the store, you don't get service like that anymore.”
