Their systems had gone down for 2 days; which were out of their control, and just when I thought I would be without my medication even longer for unrelated issues, this very dedicated employee Kayla took care of needs as Top priority for me. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Much appreciation goes to all the staff that went into the working through this difficult time. I also want to say thank you for the follow-up phone call I received.”
“Have been pursuing for seven days to get a remedy and we've been told everyday "it must be arranged will be here tomorrow" tomorrow has gone back and forth multiple times now!! Shouldn't be ready to go!!”
