I almost gave up on Verizon after 14 years. Sam, you definitely turned my opinion around. Thank you for understanding my frustrations and the struggles I’ve been through. Got in and out in about 30 minutes, got 2 phones for my kids and the employee we worked with was funny friendly and super helpful. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed and actually suggested going somewhere else for cases that would be just as good for less.
