It's great for someone who is just starting out, but also for someone with years of experience since the weight intensity is catered to everyone's level and there is constant and clear guidance from the coaches for new workout/movements. “I joined Hiit4fit because I moved to Midland for school and needed a gym to relieve stress. I didn't expect to meet some of the most amazing coaches and community that would make saying goodbye so hard. I have grown so much here because of the encouraging atmosphere and hardworking people attending this gym. You are in an environment filled with some of the hardest working people, which makes you want to push yourself even more. The workouts are intense, but I have never been in this good of shape or this consistent. What's even more amazing is this work ethic transferred over into my studies, and I started working harder in school and making better grades. I can't say enough fantastic things about this gym that is more than just a gym. If you join Hiit4fit, you will be given a family that holds you accountable, and they will make working out so much fun!!”

“My home away from home.This gym has everything a lifter would need, the expert advice from Stewart these past few months have gotten me out of my plateaus on my SBD and broken my PRs by astronomical numbers.The itself gym has a wide variety of equipment with more than 10 barbells, powerbars, squat bars and ez curl bars, dumbbells go up to 100s, two deadlift platforms, a squat monolith, and five squat racks. The equipment primarily caters to the wants and needs of every serious powerlifter. The community of the gym is growing to where most lifters are getting to know with each other as well.I would personally love to see more competitive lifters and those looking to dip their toes into competing.”

“I really like this gym. I like the free weights, machines and all that. However, could you please keep more spray bottles around with a cleaning solution in them? You only have one spray bottle available for the whole gym right now. Gyms are, unfortunately, the perfect place for very nasty infections to spread.”

“My 2 year old LOVED playing here. He's on the spectrum and he especially loved the quiet zone room with the multi-color water-bubble wall display that was in there. He also loved the swings and the trampoline! I love that we found a fun, indoor place that he can run around and play in. The owner even noticed him covering his ears and offered him some noise cancelling headphones which was very thoughtful! We will definitely be back!!”

“I’ve been a member of this gym’s location since 2013 thru multiple ownerships! TruFit is doing a great job maintaining the facility, keeping it clean, & adding new equipment to keep up with current training trends! Their staff are friendly & courteous & Talia or Christina always warmly greet me when I come in! Fellow patrons are respectful & I never feel judged or unwelcome. Would recommend if looking for a new local gym!”
