Great little spot for competitive lifters. Reasonable day prices for visitors from out of town. They also offering fencing lessons and group classes. You'll enjoy it here.

It is a powerlifting gym not a bodybuilder gym. There aren't benches and leg machines to target specific body parts. You can find enough to do some powerlifting techniques. Nice owner hood people. After hours access with key code to keys .

The perfect drop in gym if you are traveling. The owners are very nice. If you are a serious lifter this place has it all. Don't pass up on this small city gem of a gym. Thank you for hosting me!
