I can't say enough good things about how helpful Brad was during a very stressful time.”

“It says “Hardware” in the name but this store is so much more than that!!! They had such great fine china (like Herend!)and crystal (Lalique). I love Le Creuset cookware and found a bunch of different colors here that I haven’t seen elsewhere. It’s a big store too, which you can’t tell from outside! Lots of unique clothes, accessories and home decor. Would be an excellent place to find a gift for someone. Prices are very fair. Definitely plan to come back!”
“This is a nice store, and I'm leaving 5 starts just because the cashier guy (Inam Mohammed I think is his name) gave us an amazing customer service, my membership for some reason didn't work wch I got on Dec 2023, it look like it wasn't activated.... and then he was explaining me about it, and checking up on me when a black dude, the manager or something like it went to us rudely and called his attention for him helping me, and pushed him to the point he looked uncomfortable and we felt same as well, and he charged me twice on a drill impact (+$100 ).... or Lil it more due to the pressure the manager put on him... .... watch out how you trate your coworkers... and customers... you manager don't tell a customer to hurry up and treat is like our opinion or our business doesn't matter you the company, cause it does matter, there is no exception on attend a customer .. take note business owner on your employees pr management behavior towards customers.
Its true there was a line of 3 people behind me but i had bussiness to address, and Is not my fault you guys are short of cashiers, there in the other cashier the dude was rude as well, when I stepped on his spot,( he was with another customer there) and called me rudely as well to go to the other cashier, "don't you see the line" is not a thing to say a customer....”

“The store was very clean and the staff was helpful. It's really good to come here and check it out every once in awhile to see the new items that they carry. I do think that if you come here you know you're not going to get the absolute best quality in some of the items. But some of the items here are for one or two time use only because they're more specialty use. What I do like about them is that they do carry certain things that you cannot find at the big box stores and I do like their sales and once in a while they'll have a really really good deal on certain items.”
