Have been a member with RBFCU for a while now and have had absolutely no problems at all, whether it's online or in-person. Everytime I do need help everyone is so sweet and knowledgeable.

I visited this branch today and had a great experience with the branch staff. They were patient and kind. I think I’m a credit union fan! Keep up the good work!

I have been a member of RBFCU since 1978 (yes, I'm old). They provided my student loans, several car loans and credit card. Their fraud protection is spot on. I receive a call within minutes of a suspicious charge and fraudulent charges are handled completely, without any hassle. No bank fees is a bonus too!
