Terrible banking experience. They stagger overdraft fees over the week and hit all at once. The help desk is sparsely helpful, and frankly I’m just tired of dealing with the nonsense. I’m moving to frost.

Waited over an hour just to have Manager, Paul, notarize a quick form. Then got to hear a lecture about how limited they are on notaries and it takes a while to be seen. I have been banking with Chase for many years and this is the worst Custer service I have received from a manager for a simple request. Unbelievable!!
