“Easy process. Good clean car (Honda Accord) and they were able to pick me up and drop me off to get the car. People in the office were nice and easy to talk with. Only took a couple minutes to check out the car and only couple minutes to return.”
“The 16 foot truck we rented sucked but all of the employees that I have encountered made up for bad equipment. I give the staff 5 STARS. Extremely kind, friendly, and overall helpful. The only reason I would rent from Budget again would be because of the staff.”

“contrary to the reviews, i had an AWESOME experience. I needed a specific vehicle type ready for mountain and snow roads. Mohmmad, Rukiah and Melissa were very good with communication about vehicle availability and called me back when they had a matching vehicle come in their inventory. They also helped me with discounts I couldnt apply in the app etc. and were accomodative on pickup and return time. all in all a GREAT experience. will rent with them again!”

“Scheduled a rental vehicle, only to find out upon arrival the vehicle was unavailable. Inconvenient yes, but we had only scheduled the pick up approximately 30 hours prior, short notice for a rental company. We were offered a different vehicle, but decided to try another place. Long story short, we were in a rush due to a family emergency. We went back a few minutes later to get the other vehicle that we initially walked away from. We assumed the other vehicle mentioned was going to be the expectation, instead we actually got what we originally scheduled. Maybe happenstance or just luck, but I believe it was because the staff observed our predicament we were in and made the situation right!!! Thank you so much, and future business will be at this location!”
