“Scheduled a rental vehicle, only to find out upon arrival the vehicle was unavailable. Inconvenient yes, but we had only scheduled the pick up approximately 30 hours prior, short notice for a rental company. We were offered a different vehicle, but decided to try another place. Long story short, we were in a rush due to a family emergency. We went back a few minutes later to get the other vehicle that we initially walked away from. We assumed the other vehicle mentioned was going to be the expectation, instead we actually got what we originally scheduled. Maybe happenstance or just luck, but I believe it was because the staff observed our predicament we were in and made the situation right!!! Thank you so much, and future business will be at this location!”

They provided Awesome Customer Service, Great vehicles, and had availability. I'll be going back to this location anytime I need a rental and I suggest you do the same!! “The 16 foot truck we rented sucked but all of the employees that I have encountered made up for bad equipment. I give the staff 5 STARS. Extremely kind, friendly, and overall helpful. The only reason I would rent from Budget again would be because of the staff.”

“Bobby saved my day! I had secured a pick-up for a rental at noon on a Saturday, I didn't realize at the time that the office closed then so when I arrived at 12:02 the doors were locked. I sat on hold with Enterprise for about 10 minutes before spotting Bobby and asking him if he could assist me. He was able to save me and proceeded to make my check out and eventual check-in a smooth process.”
