As I waited, I watched, as I tend to do, and was impressed with Bridgette McClain's poise and professionalism. She remained composure while handling customers in front of her, calling on hold, and helping a newer associate handle a customer transaction issue. I turned my rental in early in the morning today and again watched Brigette handling customers and employees with complete poise and professionalism. Brigette is an incredible representative for Hertz and has the company's interest as her mission.”
