Do you all not answer phones calls?? I’ve been trying to call the store to see if I left my wallet there.. no answer ! Very disappointing

I went there today at around 7 PM and one of the cashiers was very impatient my mom was paying then proceeded to laugh at her for accidentally dropping coins and didn't say specifically how much she owed after paying with a credit card. He would mumble and say things I couldn't hear.
