Customer service is horrible they won't listen what you have to say! Been without services for 2 days now! I don't not recommend this company.

One technician after 5. Very disappointing. Second time in one week where internet goes out.. they stop taking calls after 9. Need to get out of this contract asap.

I will revaluate once my services are installed... But so far 1 star.. Been waiting for 6 weeks to have my services installed in arroyo city and was told today it would be at least another 2 weeks. They were quick to take my $100 installation fee but not quick on the install and horrible on customer expectation
