If I could give 0 starts I would. Condescending, rude, impatient, ignorant. Wow....miraculous they are still in business and in the service industry.

Incredibly rude, definitly not warm or friendly. told me I had the wrong number even though I got it directly from the hospital, then he hung up on me. If I could give them a zero I would!

The people who answers the call for a doctor decide whether or not to patch a call to doctor on call. Terrible and frustrating.
