“Attiva is an absolutely lovely complex of bungalow apartments which really feel like homes. Great amenities, a beautiful resort style pool and jacuzzi. Lots of activities and amazing neighbors. The staff is professional and very friendly. I especially want to mention Shae because of her outstanding helpful nature and kindness. Amanda is also a star! I would be remiss if i failed to mention the facility staff. Both George and Jose are great guys. They are responsive, and friendly. They work hard and resolve every maintenance issue very, very quickly. Living at Attiva has been a pleasure. I highly recommend Attiva to anyone looking for an active lifestyle in an over 55 community! Did I mention how GREAT SHAE IS!”

“I officially moved into these apartments 1 month ago and I’m IN LOVE! Everyone is so nice, the work orders are done in a quickly manner, if I have any little issue they are QUICK to fix anything! I was scared at first because my unit is next to the dumpster and I’ve always heard horror stories at other apartments or other peoples experience but I’m having a great experience so far! I have no roaches, no rats, no bugs!! The trash pick up is 2 or 3 times a week which helps keep the apartments clean! I have 2 pups and they love the grass, I never have to worry about them getting into anything because they keep it very clean and have doggy poop stations! I love my neighbors, the neighbor next to me has lived here for 18 years (what he told me) and that is what I love to hear ? I am so happy I picked Park Place apartments to be my home ? I hope to stay here as long as my neighbor”

“Overall, my experience here has been good, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved. First, the speed bumps are extremely high.. my car scrapes on nearly every one, can’t even go slower bc it’ll still hit and pop under my car. There are about 11 pairs that i personally go through here, which feels VERY excessive. It would help a lot if yall were to level or reduce height.
Also, responding to reviews by asking tenants to “call” isn’t effective whatsoever if the phone lines aren’t being answered. It would be great to see better communication or a more reliable way for residents to get in touch.
Aside from those concerns, I haven’t had major issues. Like flooding and rodents… I’ve lived here for five years and, unlike some reviews mention, I’ve NEVER seen any rodents. The roaches part maybe..yea but keeping clean and being !!!CLUTTER FREE!!! then there shouldn’t be a problem. Using that brown Advion gel and normal roach spray takes them away pretty quick. Also have a problem with spiders… that has always been one of my biggest problems living here. Again other than that these apartments are pretty good regardless of what the other reviews say.. I guess everyone has their own thing going on”
