“I officially moved into these apartments 1 month ago and I’m IN LOVE! Everyone is so nice, the work orders are done in a quickly manner, if I have any little issue they are QUICK to fix anything! I was scared at first because my unit is next to the dumpster and I’ve always heard horror stories at other apartments or other peoples experience but I’m having a great experience so far! I have no roaches, no rats, no bugs!! The trash pick up is 2 or 3 times a week which helps keep the apartments clean! I have 2 pups and they love the grass, I never have to worry about them getting into anything because they keep it very clean and have doggy poop stations! I love my neighbors, the neighbor next to me has lived here for 18 years (what he told me) and that is what I love to hear ? I am so happy I picked Park Place apartments to be my home ? I hope to stay here as long as my neighbor”

“I want to express my appreciation for Highland Meadow Village and highlight the exceptional work of the management team. Natalie is an amazing Community Manager. She is firm and decisive, ensuring the complex runs smoothly and maintains zero tolerance for nonsense. Before she took over, I used to have kids kicking my door and running away, but I haven’t had any issues since she’s been in charge. I complained about noise from my neighbors once, and my guess is she handled it real quick, as I never heard noise ever again. Additionally, she even hired security for the pool to ensure that no children are there without an adult. Whenever I put in a request for a repair, she opens it immediately, demonstrating her attentiveness and dedication to her job. Ana is also incredibly sweet and respectful, adding to the positive atmosphere.
I truly feel safe here. Jose is also outstanding at addressing my maintenance requests. Whenever I report any issues, they are fixed incredibly fast. He is super sweet and caring, always ensuring everything is in perfect order.
My only negative comment is that the pool and gym aren’t open on the weekends or past 5:30pm on Weekdays, which is something I wish could change.

“Great place to live! I've been here for just about a year and just resigned another lease. Although its an older complex, management really keeps up with the property grounds and apartments. Maintenance is also fast to respond to any issues you have. The neighbors are quiet and everyone kind of keeps to themselves but they are friendly.”
