(At another location) the experience was a nightmare and I was so scared to take her to get groomed again. I recently moved to Mansfield and this petsmart was close by so I decided to give it a chance. Upon arrival I was greeted and introduced to Liv. She said she’d be the one taking care of my babygirl. She said it would take her the full 4 hours. It ended up being 6, BUT Liv called me and told me how Stormi was doing and that the reason it took some time was to truly get her used to being on the table and getting used to the blow dryer. I absolutely LOVE the fact that she was patient with her and made sure she was comfortable as well as me. When I picked her up she even stated that she would love to groom her again. Liv, THANK YOU for the amazing experience!! I will always come back for your amazing services!!
She also helped me put her new harness on :))

My oldest Baby Girl, seventeen yr old, Ragdoll (like a daughter) had rapid weight loss, nose bleeds, and was lethargic. They saw her the same day and the very next day for 2 teeth extractions. She was already eating when she came home. She's feeling so much better now. I thank GOD for you!!!

Animal Emergency Hospital of Mansfield
301 U.S. 287 Frontage Rd, MansfieldMy family and I were traveling from out of town over the Christmas holidays and my 13 year bichon frise had some breathing issues thru the week. I had taken him to this emergency clinic. Upon arrival he was promptly put into an oxygen cage. Dr. Patel advised that he need to be monitored and he was provided medications in ER. By afternoon he took a nose dive and the doctor changed his meds to hourly. After 12 hours he was stabilized and made it back from certain heart failure. Dr Patel was outstanding with fantastic experience in cardio and we owe her and the staff for saving Milo. She was very thorough and explained in layman’s terms his condition and provided specific directions to get him back to a manageable life. Thank you!

I'm a caffeine junkie so I've had all the other guys... even the independent spots and this hands down is my favorite. I traveled to San Antonio months back and was disappointed that I couldn't find a location near by.
Update: Went to the new one in San Antonio on Culebra and it was just as good as the one in Mansfield.
