She confirmed my need for a replacement battery, but she went on to explain the readings and to show how old my battery was. She explained all the deals they had and wrote them down for me. I then comparison shopped and batteries plus was the best value. On my return, she even found a coupon for an even better value. My purchase and install was less than 15 minutes. Jaci was smart, knowledgeable, polite, professional and very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great value provided by a great company and great employee, Jaci. “Shout out to Greg. He is a fantastic person and very professional. I came in there with battery issues, and it was almost 9 pm. He welcomed me inside with a happy face, listened to my problem, and immediately asked if I wanted my battery tested, and I said yes. He came out, checked, and, of course, the battery was dead. He offered to replace it, and I bought one. He said Ma'am, you can sit in your car if you feel cold, and I will take care of you. So nice of him. Now I know where to go for my car support.”

“Want to start this off by saying I was there at the store the day Andre Gonzalez (the guy who left the second most recent review after this) was there.Andre was completely entitled and childish. He gave the employee a coupon that was expired then proceeded to make a scene after the employee said he could not use it. The employee then explained to him how oriellys would send him new ones to replace his old ones. However that was not good enough for Andre he demanded a discount right there in store. After the employee told him that’s not the policy Andre proceeded to yell and insult the employees as he was walking out. The employee kept it professional and courteous never raising his voice and kept telling Andre to “have a nice day”I’ve been coming to this store for years and never had any problems the guys are always great and friendly. I just thought it was wrong how an entitled customer tried to leave such a negative review because he did not get his way.”

I purchased a car battery in a different state over 2 years ago, it does recently and he made sure to contact the store we bought and talk about the warranty still being current to ensure we'd be taken care of, then he found a store that had the same model and made sure that the store knew we were coming so wed be taken care of.
