“Javier who owns Kart Collision is BETTER THAN ANY DEALER/BODY SHOP IVE BEEN TO. I am a 1st time customer, after spending many months trying to find a dealer/body shop willing to repair a 2002 dodge ram 2500- (got rear-ended in our ice storm earlier this year- with damage to rear quarter panel, tailgate; rear bumper, rear taillight & more- after hit and run). No dealer would touch it due to age and NO body shop in Mansfield or Arlington area would touch the truck due to being 21 years old. I spoke with and/or visited 32 shops before I found Javier at Kart Collision on the Nextdoor app. Javier said he would fix no problem. Naturally I was initially hesitant, because it seemed so easy and i had never heard of kart collision. Javier met me- arrived early and quoted me a VERY reasonable price. Well, I went by to see the progress yesterday and the work he's done- is just absolutely awesome. I MEAN WOW. Every year someone in my fam gets rear-ended and I have used 5 dealers & several shops in the last 5 years- that dont even come close to Javiers excellent work. I am simply amazed by Javier. I am very picky when it comes to body work- and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY BODY WORK!5 min from downtown Mansfield off 1187 on Rodeo Trail. Will post before and after pics this weekend after I pick truck up so you can see the excellent work I am talking about. I am so happy I found a truly HONEST (so rare these days!) “Customer service is still a thing!I damaged the fiberglass roof of my Jeep and took it to two different big name collision repair companies near me. One of which was certified/recommended by my insurance company.The first took a look, promised to email me a quote, then never did. The other flat out told me they weren’t interested in doing the work. Probably just as well since they had another customer there at the same time complaining about work they had done previously.The first one, and then later the dealership body shop said they would need to keep the vehicle while they waited for parts, even if I paid for the parts myself, before they got money from the insurance. They wanted to hold my Jeep hostage in case the insurance company tried to play games.Finally we found Lone Star Collision and reached out based on the reviews. Reyes was always agreeable and was willing to work with me. They did the estimate, let me take the Jeep. They dealt with my infuriating insurance company, keeping me updated regularly. When they finally got the parts, I took it back and they did the repairs quickly.The insurance fiasco would have kept me without a Jeep for close to a month. With Lone Star, they had it only a few days.Hopefully I don’t need body work again but if I do, they are the 1st and only place I’ll be calling.”

“Tim and the guys did great job and helped me keep my costs down to where I could manage it out of pocket.Tim helped me get the parts I needed and did the complete repair and paint. My final cost was 10% of the estimate from other big corporate shops. My 2004 Honda Accord looks great again. I would send my 78yo mother there, if she needed a body shop. I would trust them to take great care of her.”

“I had dropped a tail gate off at another body shop over two months ago just to be painted , have a harness added and a truck name plate swapped out .I thought the price was a little high and started to look at the estimate and there was all kinds of hardware that was inside the tailgate and a soft ware charge that was over 450 dollars that I told them was not necessary on this Model of F-250 as the Ford Service center told me the as long as I had the same tail gate it was plug and go with out the need of computer reprogramming of the tailgate camera .After 2 months I had enough of the it’s in paint or we are waiting on something as there where no parts to wait on.I asked to see my tail gate and they went back into the shop and a hour later finally returned with the replacement tail gate and my damaged tail gate and absolutely nothing had been done .I had been lied to . I had paid over a $1000 deposit and I had been over charged on the estimate by two hundred dollars with a fake computer charge for $400 dollars for a tail gate that was plug and go.To say I was hot was an understatement. I asked for my deposit back and my tails gates back.By this time my Wife was steaming and told me get it done today.I started to call place after place and it was we are to busy , we can’t do just a tail gate. Or it will take us over a month to get to it . I believe that was just a way to make me take it somewhere else because it was just a tail gate.I did a google search and observed Carquest with 5 star ratings and tons of great reviews .When I pulled into the shop parking lot I could see they were absolutely slammed with work and there were about 100 cars in the lot that were going to need to be repaired . I thought this does not look good.I went into the office and was greeted immediately by Edgar and he had the courtesy to say hello and let me know the wait would not be long . He was with someone.I only waited about three minutes and Edgar came outside and I explained the absolute nonsense I had with the other body shop the lies the over billing on the invoice. I told him my Wife was absolutely livid and we had to have a tail gate soon.Edgar was so kind he listened . He got my frustration but most importantly he understood how big of a deal this was and even though it was a small paint job and it was not that profitable . I needed help and he listened .Edgar did not give me a sales pitch. He did not sit in front of a computer screen and nickle and dime me on some software program. He gave me a flat price that was honest and affordable.Most importantly he said . I am going to take care of this tonight and have it two you in two days . Most importantly he not take a dime from me as a down payment .True to his word . I got a call two days later . I was told to pick the tail gate up after work. When I went over to the shop I had a beautiful tail gate , a happy wife and was treated kind and considerate by someone who cared about my needs . And I got a great price .They installed the new tail gate made sure everything was working and most importantly kept their word and did not lie to me. The workmanship and paint was beautiful and it matched the truck perfectly. You would have never known it was not the original tail gate.In a world where lies and promises being broken mean nothing to a lot of people . Edgar cared enough about a man’s problems to put me in the shop and took care of a little job with hardly any profit and put me infringe of a hundred cars in his parking lot.These people at car-quest are awesome . They do good work and care about people . I will never use another company . I am doing a bumper replacement on that truck and I am using car quest to do it . He gave me a spec review to show me how the part would not work in my favor and saved me a lot of money.On a different note, I had a compressor malfunction and Sunny worked it out to have new parts shipped to me for replacements the following week.Just like other buyers, I found Newmatics on EBay and because of the customer service along yet among other things is why I try to get all my parts from Newmatics moving forward!Keep up the good work!”

“Today was my second time going to this store for a new battery (for two different vehicles). Both experiences, the staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Today I experienced above and beyond what I would expect for service. My deployed husband’s car battery had died and when they went to change it we noticed serious corrosion on the terminal. Both Josh and Rob did a phenomenal job finally getting the battery to connect, allowing me to be able to start my car. Not only were they extremely kind and helpful to me, they said to make sure I passed along their thankfulness for his service.
