“Rose is a great instructor! She cares so much about her students and helping them to achieve their goals. She is very skilled at adjusting an exercise for your fitness level or if you have prior injuries. This is a fun, friendly, and family-oriented gym. Everyone makes you feel so welcome no matter your fitness level. I love the variety of the TFW class, Rose does an amazing job, and she does not repeat the same class even though she teaches TFW three times a week. I highly recommend this local owned gym.”
