“The staff here are friendly and helpful, this gym is very welcoming! We were in town for a couple of weeks and got a week pass which is a great value. They have all the cardio equipment and weights we needed, with extra cardio machines on the upper floor. Location is convenient, go check it out if you are looking for a nice spot to work out!”

“I've been going to this gym for over two years, and worked with their personal trainers and Pilates instructors during that time. They're all excellent and really experienced, and my body and fitness level has transformed under their guidance. Right now I'm working with Noel (Pilates) and Jared (personal training). Noel has been instrumental with my mobility, and Jared is a great trainer. He really focuses on form, taking adequate rest between sets, and impactful workouts. I'd recommend any of their trainers wholeheartedly.”

“Visiting from out of town, stopped here for a couple drop in days. Fantastic, best and well maintained equipment (10+ racks/platforms, kg bumper plates, rogue power bars and Olympic collars). Farmer’s handles, sandbags, chalk, belts, ssb, belt squat machine. Everything you need for weight training. The owners were super friendly, if you lift weights and live nearby do yourself a favor and join this gym.”

“To achieve fitness or weight loss goals, consistency and commitment are crucial. Having a dedicated and supportive environment is a big plus. Initially doubting the coaches' thoroughness, I was pleasantly surprised by their patient and encouraging approach, meeting individuals at their own level and emphasizing proper form, training, and weight management. Their focus on endurance ensures sustained motivation.My job's benefits allowed me to invest in this opportunity, which I don't regret. They even accommodated my child when I had trouble arranging childcare. She's now enthusiastic about exercise, eagerly asking for workout times and cheering me on during sessions. If I had a teenager, I'd involve them in this too.Though I struggled with the app, I received uplifting messages from others. My only gripes relate to limited parking options and the facility's hours, understandable due to coaches' other commitments (main job) and potential religious considerations, like the Sabbath. The area's numerous meters and garages add to the challenge. As it's a CrossFit facility, adaptation is necessary.Overall, if you can commit financially and time-wise, I highly recommend it!”

“I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review because this place has become an integral part of my life. I started about a year ago and wish I’d started sooner! Not only have my body comp & stamina/ health improved incredibly, but the flexibility of the hours allow me to go when I can despite my crazy work hours. The trainers are kind and motivating, and the atmosphere is driving yet approachable. “People and environment-Awesome owners and coaches in this gym! They all care about your growth as a person but will also keep you disciplined. Their workouts are challenging enough if you want it to be, but you can scale to your feels that day.Coaches are understanding and won't make you do things you aren't comfortable with. You will often workout or partner up with the coaches themselves as they also join the classes.They also host a lot of events where you can get to know others outside of working out..Gym space-The gym has most of the equipment and weights you would need for all workouts. The space is nice and wide and Alex definitely keeps it clean, tidy and orderly, and the members also follow that!Restroom, water cooler, and lockers available.Bonus-Another thing is they added their program beyond just CrossFit. Do you find a regular gym boring?If you answered yes to both the above questions, you should try some kickboxing.Instructor: Hardcore Macro (Mondays) - You can expect a full body intense workout from him.He will train you hard until you can taste iron in the back of your throat. If you are looking for a high intensity work out, attend his class.Instructor: Destroyer Wade (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays) - Military drill Sargeant style training. This Instructor will keep you busy and sweating. There will be almost zero rest time and class will be over before you know it.Attend his class if you plan to get monthly because he trains specific muscles on different days. Its a nice schedule.Instructor: 1 vs 1 me Yaya (Thursdays 5pm, he teaches morning classes otherwise 9-10am) -This Instructor will teach you how to how to use your body and train muslces you have never used. You can expect 1 vs 1 training with pads and he will help you improve your form and techniques.Attend his class if you want personal attention.Instructor: Chill Kawme (Fridays) -The Instructor will train you about the basics of throwing punches and kicks. He focuses on kickes of all types. So if you want to learn some side kicks or flying round house kicks, attend his class.This class is usually not too fast paced and perfect for beginners.Instructor: Nicole (Saturdays on and off)I've only attended 2 of her classes because she comes in biweekly.Her training style is a combination between Intense workout (heavy weights) and hitting the bag for cardio.She will push you to test your limits ? and break through. (Beginners should proceed with caution haha)But jokes aside, attend her class if you want a serious work out. Her training style will get you results.The Instructors I mentioned above teach classes from 5-8 pmThe first class is free.Monthly membership is a 100 + tax and you can take classes 7 days a week, multiple sessions. Worth every penny if you plan to attend at least 2-3 days a week.”

“I love this gym in specific. They are ALWAYS available parking lot, its always clean, staff are way too nice and understandable. One day my shake drop and the floor was super messy, after I called someone to pass me the mop, they reject me of doing it and clean it right away with no face, no complaint and no attitude, they 100% understood it was an accident.I come before they open, when when the guy open the door receives everyone with a “morning sister/brother”, the atmosphere and the feeling of home. I just love it too much, the only time I don't recommend a lot of people to go it's in the afternoon because it's fully pack even though they have multiples machine of the same to avoid the long wait. Like I said 100/10 I LOVE IT.”

“I was looking for a good place to work out. One that is clean and have a great repor. This place is that.I have been going there and my experience has been great. I am not good with names but the Lady at the front desk is very good. She communicates well and will try to assist you in any way possible. She is also a trainer. Listen She is excellent. The owner Q is excellent also. The work outs are great and they will modify to be suit you and the work out will still impact you. 1 on 1 is great , classes are fun and great. Even the people you work out with will engage you. It a community a great environment. You feel tired , wet and great all at the same time. I enjoy my work outs. The prices are worth it.”

“I was apart of this gym for the better part of the year - although this gym is a great option for the area. For the equipment they have (especially machines), it is very underwhelming. There are a ton of power racks, an ab room, saunas (which work about 70% of the time), and plenty of weights. I will say, this gym is NEVER packed which is such a nice perk for a gym in the area. Equipment is new and very clean. I love this gym, just wish they had a bit more in terms of machines (specifically cables).”

“What an amazing climbing gym. This is any indoor boulderer's dream. The routes were complex, tough, and scaled well.There was a lot to climb and not capable in 1 session. When you walk in the lighting, the staff, and overall feel of the place invites you in. The creme de la creme was the rooftop. I went through my own spiritual journey while heel hooking a cube boulder to the brooklyn sunset. I felt at home and didn't want to return to my apartment. If they had rooms here I would rent one. I truly loved climbing here.”
