“To say I was not blown away by the hospitality of David when I brought my car in would be a lie. My son was in a car accident and damaged the driver side doors of my Chevy spark. It was unable to be opened on the driver door and the back door had a gap on the top right. I came in wanting a quote because I plan on fixing both issues but I knew I would have to save first. David helped me tremendously with how it could be fixed in several different ways. But before I left he said hold on one sec. Went to the back and grabbed what looked to me a “plunger” pulled some dents out of the driver door so I was able to open the door!!!!!! Just amazing. Then he said here let’s see if we can temporarily fix the back door too. So he went on to bend the top of the back door so that there was no gap or room for rain to come in.
He did not have to do this by any means. It’s nice to know that there is still good hearted people out there. Once I get the funds to fix up the car completely I will no doubt be coming to magnolia paint and body.

The repair ended up taking longer than anticipated but at no fault of ProColor — And I was always informed of what was going on. They even graciously checked out a non repair related issue that I discovered after getting my car back on their own free time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a collision repair shop.”

“I brought my truck in for a flat, Joey helped me at the counter, was extremely helpful and very upbeat and professional, they changed my rear tire for a flat from a staple, they were extremely busy but still did a fantastic job, ended up having an issue and needed to bring my truck back in, I was helped immediately and they took care of it and fixed the issue as soon as possible, Sammy checked me out, super happy and personable guy, awesome team here! “My car battery died. I called AAA, and they told me that the battery needed to be replaced. They had one on their vehicle, but it would cost me over $200 with tax. My son had purchased the battery from AutoZone not too long ago, so I told the AAA technician that I wanted to see AutoZone will replace it under warranty but I was afraid to drive my car on busy 1488 and have it die on me. The AAA technician said he would follow my car to AutoZone. He did follow my car. I was so impressed by his service. He went above and beyond.
We went to AutoZone near 1488 and 2978 in Magnolia, which is close to our house. I described my problem to the person at the desk. He asked me the phone number that was used when the battery was purchased. I gave them my son's phone number, and they were able to pull up the record on the screen. They said it was still under warranty, so they would replace it at no charge. There was no attempt to prorate or anything. I was impressed by the customer service. I recommend them highly. They also installed it right then and there.
I just can't believe that I had two incredibly good experiences in one evening. May be, I should buy a lottery today!”

I am very happy to say that the vehicle looks PERFECT following the repairs performed by Classic Collision!I am OCD when it comes to my car. This makes me particularly hard to deal with…. However, the team and management at the local Classic Collision branch in Magnolia were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. I could tell they took pride in their work. After dealing with the shop, they have earned my trust.
