I had help from her and two other ladies who’s names I forgot (platinum blonde and a brunette with blonde highlights)! “Huge selection of country wear and boots. Clean store, but every rack is overstuffed, so if you pick up an item it's hard to put back on. It makes looking through selections hard. Even though inventory was massive, the children boots were slim pickins. We found much bigger better selection across the road at boot barn.We were asked several times if we needed help so that is a plus.My son was looking for carhartt pants, and although they have massive inventory, there was nothing but blue jeans for men's bottoms, so that was a negative.Definitely will check them out again my daughter found several items she wanted.”

“I went to Victoria’s Secret today and was elated that Ruth waited on me. She was cordial patient and helped me in every way including measuring me for a bra, fastening the bra for me (because I recently had hand surgery so cannot fasten the bra on my own) and made recommendation on bra that would fit my need, She did not turn into a pushy salesperson but rather a caring person who just wanted to ensure I received the best help possible.
Before ringing us up I asked her for an estimated cost of items I would be purchasing, and she quoted within $1 of the price. That’s pretty special. Thank you, Ruth, for making my visit pleasurable and ensuring that I would be a return customer. You deserve employee of the month and a raise. Best wishes.”
“I wanted to leave a positive review for this store. I went to write it and saw these negative reviews. They sound like scorned employees and customers that can’t understand policies. Either way I’ve been shopping this location since it opened. I get greeted every time I walk into the store and they are not pushy. This store is so clean compared to forever 21. They have a plus size section which I love because I am in Between sizes and sometimes need a 1x. I’m ranking this store 4 stars because it is not perfect. I’ve had a couple coupon issues but for the most part I’ve left happy.”

“Pretty organized for the most part. I'm sure it's hard to work the floor, watch customers, give customer service, and work the registers especially if you're short staffed. I know, I used to be a Rainbow manager. But the vibe was good, music was playing and staff was getting customers in and out as quickly as possible to get to the next customer.”
