“Went into this store at first and looked. I was greeted and was asked what I was looking for and I said I was wanting Timberland boots. They didn't have them. They had boots that were nice and fit really well. I put them back and then went into the mall and looked and didn't have wanted. Then I went back and bought the boots. It was a wonderful experience and will go back in the future when I need more boots.”

“Very clean and tidy. Plenty of room to walk through displays and aisles while browsing. Very clean bathrooms that are private rooms instead of stalls.Reasonable prices. My only negative is that we were in the store at least 15 mins and no one helped my son or husband. My daughter and I walked entire store back and forth and was never spoken to by any employee or asked if we needed help. With that being said, upon checkout the cashier, I believe her name was Katie, was extremely helpful finding my rewards account and updating the info. She was pleasant and humorous and very customer oriented.We will definitely be back because after leaving there we went to Cavenders across the road and although bigger store and more to choose, what we were looking for was better selection at boot barn. They may earn the last star if we get better customer service next go round. Katie was the only reason they got 4 stars this visit.”

“I took my daughter in this past Saturday for a prom dress consultation. The appointment scheduling process was simple and they were even kind enough to adjust our time when my work schedule conflicted. The entire staff was very warm and inviting. They really made us feel like part of the family. My daughter had soo many options to choose from. There honestly wasn’t a single dress she tried on that wouldn’t have been a great choice! She was able to find an option that she absolutely loved with the help and feedback of the staff. My daughter, Hayli, left feeling like a VIP and I loved how positive, encouraging, and complimentary they were to her. That ability to provide a boost of confidence to a teen is invaluable! I have another daughter who will have future events to shop for formal wear for and I will definitely be returning!”

“After eating lunch in the same plaza we decided to meander over and find out what exactly Gingham & Pearls was. The emblem was a cute pineapple and because of that coupled with the name we were fairly certain that we needed to explore some more. As we expected, this is a boutique. Like most boutiques it was filled with adorable items and sweet sales assistants. The woman that was working the store when we went in was very friendly and spoke with us the entire time. This is a great place to come and look around.”

“Huge selection of country wear and boots. Clean store, but every rack is overstuffed, so if you pick up an item it's hard to put back on. It makes looking through selections hard. Even though inventory was massive, the children boots were slim pickins. We found much bigger better selection across the road at boot barn.We were asked several times if we needed help so that is a plus.My son was looking for carhartt pants, and although they have massive inventory, there was nothing but blue jeans for men's bottoms, so that was a negative.Definitely will check them out again my daughter found several items she wanted.”
